How your data is handled

What Data We Access

This application connects to the Strava API to retrieve your cycling activity data including: ride name, date, distance, elevation, duration, power, heart rate, GPS coordinates, and activity type. We also store your email address and display name for account management.

How Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally on the server that runs this application — in a SQLite database and JSON cache files. Your data is not sent to any third-party service, cloud provider, or analytics platform. There is no tracking, advertising, or data monetization of any kind.

Strava API Usage

We use the Strava API solely to retrieve your activity data for display on your personal dashboard. Your Strava access tokens are stored securely and are only used to communicate with Strava on your behalf. We do not modify or post any data to your Strava account.

Who Can See Your Data

By default, only you can see your dashboard. If you connect with other riders through the Community feature, they can view your dashboard — but only the riders you have mutually connected with. The application administrator has access to user management functions.

Data Deletion

You can request to have your account and all associated data deleted by contacting the administrator. Deletion removes your user record, cached activity data, and all connection records. You can also disconnect your Strava account at any time through Strava’s settings.

Cookies

This application uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party cookies are used.
