1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Stravert, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Stravert is a cycling analytics platform that connects to your Strava account to retrieve activity data and present terrain-adjusted performance analysis. The service is currently in Beta and is provided free of charge. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and agree not to share your login details with others. You may only create one account per person.
4. Strava Integration
Stravert accesses your Strava data through the Strava API. By connecting your Strava account, you authorise Stravert to retrieve your activity data for analysis purposes. We do not modify, post, or delete any data on your Strava account. You may revoke access at any time through your Strava settings.
5. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your data is stored on our server, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising or tracking. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the operation of the platform, using automated scripts to access the service, or using Stravert for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code that make up Stravert are the property of the service operator. Your cycling data remains yours. The analysis, charts, and visualisations produced by Stravert are provided for your personal use.
8. Beta Service & Availability
Stravert is currently in Beta. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of analysis, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stravert is a data visualisation tool, not a training or medical advisory service. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the data or analysis presented. Use the information at your own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stravert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting the administrator.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stravert after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
